Of course the SWAT team was there because a family member shot another family member and ran off into the woods. Police and family members described the injury as a minor graze. And in all fairness the shot could have been intentional, and it could have been accidental, the news report doesn't say.

No other stories on this incident that I can find, but if the article is correct then I'm glad I live in an area with no SWAT team to try and justify itself.
